Broken Steel, the anticipated third expansion for Fallout 3 is now available via XBOX Live and Games for Windows LIVE. Rather than just adding new content, this is the first extra episode to include a raised limit on the previous "Level 20" cap.

Players can now gain experience up to "Level 30," as well as pursue the notorious Enclave past the end-game events of "Project Purity" from the original. New perks, achievements and locations are also in tow.

New Enclave technology like the "Tesla Cannon" assists in taking down tougher breeds of enemies, such as the "Super Mutant Overlord," and fresh dilemmas and decisions await the player and the resilient survivors of the Capital Wasteland.

As with the other two expansions, Operation Anchorage, and The Pitt, Broken Steel will not appear on the Playstation Network.
