GameCube keeps its ground....

June 30th, 2001 (12:00am) - In an interview that IGNcube’s Matt Cassamassina had with Nintendo’s vice president of corporate affairs Perrin Kaplan the fact was stated that Microsoft my up their release date, most likely to get ahead of Nintendo, and in response to this question Perrin Kaplan responded by saying that the date was set to meet their needs and will stand its ground. This sounds like another one of Nintendo’s ways by basically showing they do not feel that they are at competition with anyone. They are there to make games, while the others are giving a entertainment console of all sorts, not just game playing. As this sounds, no matter what Microsoft does to its release date Nintendo will not move, because they do not feel at competition with Sony and Microsoft as many of us gamers feel they are...
