What would you do for a GameCube? Contest
October 29th, 2001 (12:00am) - Nintendo’s " What would you do for a GameCube" contest is heating up. The 5 finalists will be meeting at the San Fransisco Cube Club on November 1st to show their stuff. Some of these stunts are very strange. Would you ask your girlfriend to marry you, while wearing a Mario outfit and she is a Peach outfit? 26 year old Jason Siler of Chicago IL would! Would you eat a lif-size size replica of a GameCube made of uncooked Spam, cat food, and chocolate syrup? 16 year old Lizzy Joseph of Phoenix, AZ would! Would you juggle an NES, SNES and an N64 dressed as Mario, while whistling the Mario theme. 24 year old Jeffrey Hildack of Rochester NY would! Would you turn into a human Pikmin by covering your body in paint, shaving your head bald, wearing a giant leaf on your head and eating ’Pikmin’ food of insects? 19 year old Corey Olcsvary of Midlothian TX would! Would you paint many Nintendo logos onto a banner using your tongue? 16 year old Mathew Knapp of Kaycee WY would! All five will get a GameCube for completing their stunt, but only one will come away with the grand-prize.
