January 18^th, 2002 (12:00am) - Activision has announced acquisition of the remaining 60% equity interest in Gray Matter Interactive Studios, effectively buying the company as a whole. One of the most recent and well known games that Gray Matter has been working on is Return to Castle Wolfenstein, which has shipped a million units since its release in December 2001.
