February 21st, 2002 (12:00am) - For those of you who may have missed it Westwood and Electronic Arts have recently released Pirates - The Legend of Black Kat for the Playstation 2. Just in case you are having trouble Here are some codes to help you. Also if you want to have a little fun, we have codes for you too.
Valkyrie Cheerleader:
To see the Valkyrie cheerleader routine, allow the Valkrie to kill Katarina without doing any damage to the Valkyrie herself. Make sure you save your game first.
Hold R1 and R2 when entering the fallowing codes:
Music to "Slide" By:
L1, X, Triangle, L2, Square, Circle, L3, Select, R3, L3. When you slide down the slope in Gacial Gulf you will hear some funky familiar music.
Helium Mode:
R3, Circle, Select, X, R3, Triangle, L1, Square, L2, L3. The newly found helium atmosphere will affect the speech in the game.
Kane Lives:
Triangle, L2, L1, Square, L3, X, L3, Circle, R3, Select. Whenever a character/enemy is poisoned, the head of kane (From Command and Conquer) will appear above their head. This will Take Effect after traveling to another map.
X Marks the Spot:
Circle, X, Square, Triangle, L1, Select, L3, L2, L3, R3. All buried chests will be revealed as green X’s in the captian’s log maps.
Pockets O’ Plenty:
Triangle, L1, Select, L2, R3, L3, Square, X, R3, Circle. All items will be in infinate supply once you find them the first time.
Lots of Gold:
Triangle, R3, L3, X, Square, R3, Select, L1, Circle. When you sail into another map you will have the Galleon
Invulnerable Katarina:
X, Circle, L3, Triangle,R3, Select, R3, L1, L2, Square. Katarina will not take any damage.
Invulnerable Wind Dancer:
Select, Triangle, L1, X, R3, L2, Square, R3, Circle, L3. The wind dancer will not take any damage.
Reveal all treasure chests:
R3, X, Triangle, L3, Circle, L1, Select, L3, Square, L2
Get all Treasure chest keys:
Circle, Select, X, Square, R3, L1, L3, L2, Triangle, L3.
Infinate Wind Boost:
Select, L1, R3, Circle, L2, Triangle, X, L3.
Katarina’s Next Sword:
R3, Select, L2, L3, Square, X, L1, Circle, L3, Triangle. Katarinas Sword will change into the next available sword.
