April 9^th, 2002 (12:00am) - For the month of March PS2 again came out as the leader in the home console market. The PS2 continues to sell in strong numbers selling 65,000 units in March. Coming in second in the home console market is Nintendo’s tiny console the Nintendo GameCube with sales risen above 32,000 units to beat out Microsoft’s Xbox by only a mere 4,000 units. This is the first time since launch that the GameCube have surpassed Microsoft’s console in sales . Market analysts have already begun speculation that the reason for the Xbox’s sales decline are the result of the poor European and Japanese launches but this seems highly unlikely...

Nintendo’s GameBoy ADVANCE sales increased from the month of February to once again pull off incredible numbers. The AGB pummeled its big brother by a 4:1 ratio with a massive 116,000 thousand units.
