Japanese and North American Xbox Price-Drops?
April 30th, 2002 (12:00am) - In an interview with XenGamers, David Hufford reveals a bit of info concerning price-drops outside of the British/European markets.
In the interview, he states that it is just a matter of *when* the price of the Xbox will lower in Japan; The decision will be made based on how the price-drops effect sales in Europe/UK/Australia, and how the Xbox is selling in Japan at the time. He then goes on to state that a price-cut in the North American market is being considered, but from what he says, dont get youre hopes up for it happening soon; Hardware and software sales for the Xbox are going well on this side of the pond.
