TTWO) is pleased to reveal its 2002 lineup at the Electronic Entertainment
Expo (E3) in Los Angeles on May 22-24, 2002. Take-Two will display its
products in Booth #524 in the South Hall, spanning all next generation
consoles including the PC, PlayStation(R)2 computer entertainment system,
the Xbox(tm) videogame system from Microsoft, Nintendo Game Boy(R) Advance,
Nintendo GameCube(tm) and the PlayStation(R) game console.

successfully built some of the industrys most successful franchises," said

Rockstar Games Lineup:
Grand Theft Auto 3: Grand Theft Auto 3 for the PlayStation 2 was the
number-one selling game of 2001 and is now headed for the PC. Featuring a
fully three-dimensional, living city, a combination of narrative driven and
non-linear gameplay and a completely open environment, the game represents
a revolutionary leap forward in interactive entertainment. Players are put
at the heart of their very own gangster movie and let loose in a city in
which anything can happen and probably will. Grand Theft Auto 3 is set for
release on the PC in May 2002.
Smugglers Run Warzones: Smugglers Run Warzones, the first Smugglers Run
title to grace the GameCube console, offers the most dynamic smuggling
challenge yet. With 5 huge maps, over 30 missions and 2 to 4 person
multiplayer action, Smugglers Run Warzones is a massive off-road driving
adventure. As an elite international smuggler working in the most volatile
warzones on earth, the player careens through large, expansive environments
from the treacherous terrain of Vietnam to the extreme settings of Eastern
Europe. Smugglers Run Warzones for GameCube is set for release in July
2002.
Gathering of Developers Lineup:
Stronghold Crusader: FireFly Studios Stronghold Crusader for PC, the
highly anticipated successor to the best-selling Stronghold, combines the
finest aspects from the city builder and real-time strategy genres. As
European nobles or Arabian warriors, players must conquer the harsh terrain
in the legendary Crusades of the 11th and 12th centuries. Make the journey
to Arabian lands renowned for brave warriors and fearsome weaponry, while
reliving heroic battles from the historic Crusades. The players challenge
is to build and defend medieval desert fortresses and lay siege to fearless
enemies. This title will be displayed in a private area in the Take-Two
booth at E3.
Age of Wonders II: Age of Wonders II, the sequel to the award winning Age
of Wonders(r), is the ultimate in fantasy turn-based strategy with an
invigorating mix of empire building, role-playing and warfare. Players
explore a world full of mythical creatures and mysterious lands while
building an impressive force as an all-powerful Wizard. Through dangerous
perils, your challenge is to embrace your destiny and take your rightful
place at the head of the Circle of Evermore. Age of Wonders II is set for
release on PC in June 2002.
Take-Twos Lineup:
Celebrity Deathmatch: MTV presents Celebrity Deathmatch, the no-holds
barred, all-star claymation wrestling satire. Battle in the original
Celebrity Deathmatch ring or choose from all-new arenas: the graveyard,
Deathcon 2000 or the steel factory. Show hosts Nick Diamond and Johnny
Gomez provide comical play-by-play commentary and referee Mills Lane crowns
the winners and losers. This title will be displayed in a private area in
the Take-Two booth at E3.
Duke Nukem Advance: Duke Nukem Advance is a first-person shooter combining
the action and comical elements that have made the Duke Nukem franchise so
successful. Alien scientists have plotted to take over the earth, and now,
it is Duke Nukems job to prevent them from executing their evil science
project. Duke is using his full arsenal of weapons and is teleporting to
various locations around the world in order to stop the alien menaces.
Conflict: Desert Storm: Conflict: Desert Storm is a third-person, squad
based tactical shooter that lets players lead one of the best known and
most feared special operations forces in the world: the elite British SAS
or the US Delta Force. Covert missions take players through hostile
environments where only expertise in stealth, tactics and firepower will
ensure success and the safety of your men. Missions range from vital
scud-hunting missions deep within enemy territory to highly secretive
rescue and assassination operations in Baghdad itself. Conflict: Desert
Storm is set for release on PC, PlayStation 2, Xbox and GameCube later this
year.
Spec Ops: Airborne Division: Spec Ops: Airborne Division is a third-person
action shooter sending players deep behind enemy lines to carry out
top-secret covert operations. Rescue friendly forces, destroy strategic
military structures, secure intelligence information, and eliminate
high-profile targets. Spec Ops: Airborne Division is set for release on
PlayStation in June 2002.
Austin Powers Pinball: Austin Powers Pinball is a groovy pinball game for
the PlayStation, based on the widely popular Austin Powers movies. Go head
to head against the wicked minions of Dr. Evil during shagedelic missions
to save the world. Control flippers to escape the mutant sea bass, destroy
the fembots, and confront enemies at the Moonbase Showdown.
Take Twos Greatest Hits Lineup:
Smugglers Run: Smugglers Run has achieved the honor of inclusion into
Sonys "Greatest Hits" lineup of top selling PlayStation 2 games.
Smugglers Run takes players beyond tracks and into truly open and vast
environments, offers an assortment of off-road racing vehicles, and sends
gamers on missions to smuggle contraband across tightly guarded
international borders. Smugglers Run combines the action of off-road
racing and the adventure of being a smuggler. The "Greatest Hits"
Smugglers Run title will be available for a suggested retail price of
$19.99 in May 2002.
Midnight Club: Midnight Club has achieved the honor of inclusion into
Sonys "Greatest Hits" lineup of top selling PlayStation 2 games. Midnight
Club combines high speed driving action and adventure through London and
New York City. Escaping the law and building up an arsenal of vehicles
offers players a diverse racing experience with attitude. The "Greatest
Hits" Midnight Club title will be available for a suggested retail price of
$19.99 in May 2002.

2001 across all platforms. Grand Theft Auto 3 has been the recipient of

State of Emergency: State of Emergency re-invents the old-school street
brawler genre by combining more than an unprecedented 250 rioters on screen
with an endless array of special fighting moves, weapons and interactive
environmental objects. State of Emergencys comical cartoon style
complements its over the top, arcade driven gameplay. State of Emergency
was released on the PlayStation 2 in February 2002.
Max Payne: Max Payne is a stylish, revenge driven action game which
combines the most popular elements from todays biggest box office action
thrillers with the latest in videogame technology. Max Payne is a fugitive
undercover cop framed for murder, and now hunted by cops and the mob. Max
Payne was released on the PlayStation 2 and Xbox in December 2001.
The Italian Job: The Italian Job is a mission-based driving game based on
the most exciting elements of the 1969 comedy caper film of the same name.
All the great high-speed chases and thrills from the cult-classic film are
featured throughout the game. Take on the mob, the police and the gridlock
traffic of Turin for glorious riches or a life behind bars. The Italian Job
was released on the PlayStation this month.
