The newest victim to this string of robberies is our beloved Nintendo. A police spokesman for the Saitama prefeture in Japan has announced that approximately 23.6 million yen in products was stolen from the Nintendo warehouse. Among the stolen items were approx. 600 GameCubes and 400 GameBoy Advance units. Some software titles were also stolen and for the sake of some Japanese gamers lets hope none of them were Super Mario Sunshine. According to the report, the thieves most likely broke in through a second story window in the middle of the night. The stolen goods were to be part of a shipment to one of the districts largest video game retailers, located in the Yashio center. Reported by Elias Dounis on July 16th, 2002 (12:00am)
