Updated : Square’s GBA line-up revealed!
August 9th, 2002 (12:00am) - This week’s installment in the Japanese gaming publication , Weekly Famitsu, revealed Squaresoft’s future GameBoy Advance line-up.
-Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles (spring 2003) - the game will have linkup features with the Nintendo GameCube. Up to 4 players can linkup together for the adventure. A GameCube version of the game is also under development, multiple GBA systems can link up with the GameCube version, the GBA screen will display the player’s status and data. Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles will be published by Nintendo itself...
-Seiken Densetsu sequel (temporary title) - the game will be developed by Nintendo 1st party Brownie Brown, the team who created the original Seiken Densetsu series and Magical Vacation for GameBoy Advance. -Chocobo Succesor (temporary title) - a new title featuring Chocobo as the lead character. -Final Fantasy Tactics - as previously announced, the game is scheduled for release this winter.
