Impressions: Smugglers Run: Warzones for the Nintendo GameCube
August 9th, 2002 (12:00am) - Just went to the local gameshop and picked up my copy of Smugglers Run: Warzones for the Nintendo GameCube and Im very happy to say that this game kick some serious ass! So far Ive played 11 missions over a timespan of about 1 1/2 hours and Ive been enjoying every second.
Warzones is one of those games were the learning curve takes about 5 secs to master and thats the way all games should be. In a matter of minutes I was dropping off cargo and dodging the popo ( the police) getting an adrenaline rush that is even more intesified by the games excellent techno soundtrack (weird thing , I kinda hate techno). Warzones is not only fun to play but a beautiful games as well... The levels are friggin huge, and at the same time beautifull with tons of trees , excellent texturing and tons of geometry. Vietnam is breathtaking. If you missed out on both PS2 Smugglers Run titles then I suggest you give the GameCube semi-sequel a try... Reported by Elias Dounis on August 9th, 2002 (12:00am)
