Mario RPG.....GBA bound?
August 9th, 2002 (12:00am) - This little bit of news, although found in the "Game Gossip and Speculation" section of the latest issue of EGM, is seemingly completely legitimate. Super Mario RPG, my all time favorite videogame, was released late in the SNESs life and is considered one of the best, if not THE best, of its many titles.
Created in collaboration by SquareSoft and Nintendo, this game mixed the popular platforming mechanics of the Mario series with Squares tried and true RPG making formula. There is no word yet on when the title might see release on the GBA (hopefully sometime this winter or early 2003), but you can bet Ill be waiting with baited breathe for my copy.
