"Doom III" Confirmed for Xbox
 August 17th, 2002 (12:00am) - During a statment made at QuakeCon 2002, John Carmack of Id noted that development on an Xbox version will occur, with "full graphics fidelity" to boot.
Development will begin as soon after the PC version is completed, and though no release date has been issued, Id hopes to have the game out before the next E3 in May 2003. Reported by Michael Robinson on August 17th, 2002 (12:00am) [From: GameSpot]
