Japanese "Ikaruga" release date confirmed
 October 11th, 2002 (12:00am) - The very well-recieved DC shooter, "Ikaruga," has been slated to see a GameCube release on January 16th, 2003 in Japan.
Developed originally for the arcades by Treasure, Ikaruga saw a very well-handled port to the Dreamcast in Japan. Neither the arcade or Dreamcast version saw US releases, though, but will get their chance soon, as "Ikaruga" is currently being ported to the GC, and will see an international release.
