Mediacreates latest Japanese Hardware and Software charts... GameCube 1,000 units short of tying the PS2!
November 28th, 2002 (12:00am) - For the week of November 18th to the 24th in Japan Nintendo rules over all. With the release of the two latest Pokemon games in Japan, Game Boy Advance sales skyrocket to a massive 150,000 units for the week. The Playstation 2, which is very slowly declining comes in second with the GameCube 1,000 units shy of tying for second. The GameCubes recent surge in sales may be thanked to the recent announcements about Zelda, Capcom, and the Game Boy Advance add-on to the GameCube. Hardware Sales 1.
