Datel to Support Gameshark With New Enhancement Codes

January 21st, 2003 (12:00am) - Datel Electronics, the world’s leading developer and manufacturer of videogame enhancement products has announced that it will continue to provide new code support for the GameSharkTM line of game enhancers previously sold under the InterActTM brand name.
In response to current GameShark owners’ concerns over InterAct Accessories’ recent suspension of cheat code support for its GameShark game enhancers, Datel has confirmed that codes being created for its new Action Replay product line will be backward compatible with previously sold GameShark game enhancers. This ensures no gamer using Datel developed technology is left without a solution to their game enhancement needs. Codes for all the hottest new games can be found today at Datel’s official gaming website, www.codejunkies.com.

"Datel is the developer behind GameShark and naturally the only credible source capable of creating new codes that are 100% compatible with both the new Action Replay and previously sold GameSharks", says Ken Tarolla, Senior Vice President of Datel Design & Development. "We feel it is our responsibility to support the large and loyal following of current GameShark owners that have supported us over the years. Action Replay is not so much a new beginning as it is the next step in the evolution of where Datel intends to take the game enhancement category. We are confident that current GameShark owners will move with us in short order to take advantage of the new features and capabilities that only the new Action Replay provides. Until that time, we will not leave them behind."

The new line of Action Replay branded products are on sale now at many major retail locations. Visit www.codejunkies.com to learn more about Action Replay, and Datel’s exciting lineup of other products.
