Sonic Adventure DX for the GameCube and Sonic Pinball Party for the GBA given a Summer release...
January 31st, 2003 (12:00am) - This Summer two "new" Sonic the Hedgehog games are scheduled to be released. The GameCube port of Sonic Adventure, named Sonic Adventure DX, and Sonic Pinball Party for the GBA are Sonics two newest appearances on a Nintendo platform. Sonic Adventure DX is scheduled for a May release and Sonic Pinball Party is scheduled to ship sometime in June. I think its safe to say that Sonic has a new home... SAN FRANCISCO--Jan. 31, 2003--SEGA® of America, Inc. today announced that two new Sonic The Hedgehog® games are currently in development and will be released in the U.S. this summer. "Sonic Adventure(TM) DX"(working title) will be released in May exclusively for the Nintendo GameCube(TM), and "Sonic Pinball Party(TM)" will ship in June for the Game Boy® Advance. "Sonic Adventure DX" is Sonic The Hedgehogs third blazing-fast quest on the Nintendo GameCube, and the ultimate version of one of Sonics biggest SEGA Dreamcast(TM) blockbusters. Featuring enhanced graphics, sound and Game Boy Advance connectivity, "Sonic Adventure DX" pits Sonic and his pals against the dastardly Dr. Eggman and his wicked plans for world domination. "Sonic Pinball Party" for the Game Boy Advance challenges gamers to shoot, tilt and flip their way through Sonic the Hedgehog, Samba de Amigos and Nights-themed pinball tables and party games. The game supports up to four players with one Game Pak via the Game Boy Advance Game Link® cable. "Sonic Pinball Party" will also connect with "Sonic Adventure DX" via the Nintendo GameCube Game Boy Advance Cable.
