Tales of Phantasia for the GBA given tentative release and new Tales OVA announced…

March 20th, 2003 (12:00am) - Last year, when Namco and Nintendo revealed some promising upcoming GameCube games with Tales of Symphonia and Star Fox Armada, Namco had also announced that the Super Nintendo RPG Tales of Phantasia would be ported the Game Boy Advance. Since then, not a single word has been muttered about the game, but in this week’s issue of the Japanese gaming publication Famitsu, it has been revealed that the game will be released in Japan this June, and hopefully because of the GBA’s amazing worldwide performance, the game will make it stateside.

In similar news, Namco has announced that Tales of Phantasia will be made into an OVA coming in 2004.
