More classic Sonic the Hedgehog titles on the GameCube…
 March 22nd, 2003 (12:00am) - A few months ago, Sega released the awesome Sonic Mega Collection for the Nintendo GameCube, a game which featured a dozen Sonic the Hedgehog games and spin-offs. Now, Sega has announced that every Sonic the Hedgehog game that appeared on Sega’s long dead handheld (even those that didn’t make it to the U.S.), the Game Gear, will be featured in the upcoming GameCube Sonic game,Sonic Adventure DX: Director’s Cut, a remake of the Sega Dreamcast launch title.

Sonic’s next, non-port, gaming appearance is expected to make its debut in mid April. The game is rumored to be called Sonic Hero, and most likely to be exclusive to the Nintendo GameCube.
