Ikaruga for the Nintendo GameCube ships…

April 15th, 2003 (12:00am) - One of the Sega Dreamcast’s last great games has arrived on the Nintendo GameCube. Treasure’s Ikaruga is now available nationwide for the retail price of $39.99. Featuring enhanced visuals, more modes, and a password system for online rankings, Ikaruga for the GameCube is the definitive version of the title gamers have been waiting for. If you’ve played some of Treasure’s classic 2D shooters, such as Radiant Silvergun, then you will not want to pass this one up.

"Ikaruga delivers addictive gameplay combined with intense firepower that loyal fans of the shooter genre have come to expect," said Nancy MacIntyre, Vice President of Marketing at Infogrames’ Beverly studio. "With a phenomenal reputation that precedes it, Ikaruga is the import core gamers have been waiting for and more."
