SpaceWorld 2003 canned?
June 4th, 2003 (12:00am) - According to the Japanese gaming publication Nintendo Dream, Nintendo will not hold the infamous Nintendo-only gaming event known as SpaceWorld this Summer. The event was also cancelled last year, yet this news still comes as a huge disappoint to Nintendo fans, since Nintendo’s E3 seemed to be crap compared to last year’s stellar showing on every level. So many questions went unanswered… Nintendo’s own Satoru Iwata and Shigeru Miyamoto have revealed to the press in the past that Nintendo has many large scale games in development, such as Super Mario 128 and a sequel to The Wind Waker. Many were hoping for these titles to show up at SpaceWorld 2003 in late August, yet if what Nintendo Dream says is true, then Nintendo fans are going to be pissed.
