NPD Software Sales for May 2003…

June 17th, 2003 (12:00am) - Software sales for the month of May are in, and Atari has finally returned to the top of the gaming scene with Enter the Matrix. Though, many will argue (including myself) that Enter the Matrix isn’t anything but a mediocre action game, no one can deny its selling power as it propels Atari to the number one spot as it dethrones Electronic Arts for the month of May as the best selling gaming publisher, with Nintendo looming around in 3rd.
