Criterion Announces Two New Projects

July 8th, 2003 (12:00am) - Criterion Software, the developers of the hit console racers Burnout and Burnout 2: Point of Impact, are in development with two new and promising titles, the first person shooter named ‘Black’ and a new racer named ‘Dust Storm’. As of the moment no further details about the games, or which platforms they will appear on is available at the current moment. However Criterion’s Fiona Sperry did have this to say… “Development on Black and Dust Storm has been well underway for some time and we are delighted with how both titles are progressing. These new games continue our philosophy of creating new console franchises based on our own original IP."
