July 21^st, 2003 (12:00am) - Kemco has had plenty of time to hit the drawing board since GM Gamecube manager Elias whats-his-face, all out creamed that-one-Batman-game that Kemco released earlier this year. But now, hopefully, Kemco is back and with something new and approved. We are intrigued by the new Kemco title, Rouge Ops, to say the least. Why? We hear that the title was up for all eyes to see at this year’s E3. With that being said, Kemco has scrapped alot of things within the game to make it less comedic. We were sent code to preview, but much to our dismay, we dont have a debug kit to play it on. (suck) Eventually though, we plan on jackin one of the kits over at IGN.com and blaming it on the fellas at PSX2.com. (Rock)
