Doom 3 For XBox Publisher Announced
 September 3rd, 2003 (12:00am) - id Software and Activision, Inc. have confirmed that Vicarious Visions is developing DOOM 3 for Xbox, the console version of id Software’s highly-anticipated blockbuster title headed to the Xbox video game system from Microsoft.
