EA and Roy Jones Jr. Return to Ring with Fight Night 2004
 December 11th, 2003 (12:00am) - Heavyweight Champion of the World Roy Jones Jr. has reached an agreement with Electronic Arts to be the cover athlete and spokesman for its new boxing game, Fight Night 2004. Jones’ will serve as the game’s spokesman, and his image will be featured on packaging and merchandising for the game, which is currently in development for the PlayStation 2 and XBOX.

The game also includes a deep create-a-player option, career mode, and online play* for the PlayStation 2 console via EA SPORTS Nation. One of the most dynamic stars in boxing today with a record of 49-1 with 35 KOs, Roy Jones Jr. is the undisputed Light Heavyweight Champion of the World. He is also a former Olympian and National Golden Gloves winner and has held several Championship titles in his professional career, including the Heavyweight title. Fight Night 2004 is slated to ship in Spring 2004.
