Geist Delayed Until 2005

June 30th, 2004 (12:00am) - nSpace’s Geist for the GameCube has been suspected of being delayed until 2005 for quite some time now. The game’s showing at E3 in May, while improved over its previous showing, was said to be still in need of work according to the impressions given at the trade show. Well, the latest issue of Nintendo Power now confirms that Geist is indeed scheduled for a 2005 release.

Hopefully this delay will be used to polish up the game. As the first and only first person shooter that allows players to possess human bodies, Geist is definitely an intriguing Nintendo published title to look forward to on the GameCube.
