F-Zero Reaching Its Climax
July 26th, 2004 (12:00am) - Rumors running rampant throughout all Japanese retailers say that Nintendo is in the works with another F-Zero game. This new game, titled F-Zero Climax, will be making its way on the Game Boy Advance portable gaming system, which is very popular among the Japanese gaming community.
Retailers obtained a list for Nintendos monthly product exhibit, where next months will take place on the first week of August. F-Zero Climax is one of the four games on the list scheduled to be on display at the exhibit. F-Zero Climax will mark the long-running series seventh game, which started on the Super Nintendo video game console, F-Zero. Japanese gamers got their hands on a F-Zero SatelliteView exclusive, Nintendos online add-on for the Super Famicom, Japanese name for Super Nintendo, titled F-Zero 2: Grand Prix. Nintendo 64 marked the return of F-Zero here in North America with F-Zero X. The first F-Zero Game Boy Advance game, F-Zero: Maximum Velocity, released in 2001, followed two years later in 2003 with the Nintendo and Sega collaboration, F-Zero GX. Coming in September 2004 in North America will be the second GBA F-Zero game, F-Zero GP Legend. GamersMark Network will have more information as it develops.
