Men of Valor Soundtrack Now Available
August 31st, 2004 (12:00am) - Inon Zur, the award-winning composer whose game credits include Shadow Ops: Red Mercury and SOCOM II: U.S. Navy Seals, today announced that his original music soundtrack for Men of Valor has been released by Vivendi Universal Games. Zurs score, recently described by Team Xbox as "one of the most intense we’ve experienced ever," is now available at www.menofvalorgame.com. Inon Zur conducted and recorded his score for Men of Valor with Hollywood A-List musicians on the Eastwood Scoring Stage at Warner Bros. Studios, the world famous scoring stage named after Clint Eastwood. Debbi Datz-Pyle, music contractor for Inon Zur, said; "Inon Zur is a very talented composer who absolutely knew what he wanted to create for this game score. After a few conversations and listening to his music I knew I had to get the best players I could, especially brass, since they were going to have their work cut out for them. I booked the same orchestra members I would for a major motion picture because that is what Inons music and the game deserved. The musicians were blown away by the music and the amazing realistic visuals on the screen." Men of Valor is an historical action experience that portrays infantry combat during the Vietnam War. Combining the latest Unreal technology with the gameplay expertise of 2015 (developers of the award-winning Medal of Honor: Allied Assault), the game immerses the player in the humid jungles of Southeast Asia in the most controversial conflict of the modern era. Men of Valor will ship to stores in North America in October 2004.
