September 2^nd, 2004 (12:00am) - While most Acclaim properties are expected to be auctioned off to game companies, we have learned that Juice Games’ Juiced will not be affected by Acclaim’s filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Juiced had been financed and managed by the development funding firm Fund 4 Games, thus all the rights to the game belong to them, not Acclaim. Now, this independent UK studio will seek out a new publisher for the game.
