Moonlight Fables On the Nintendo DS

September 9th, 2004 (12:00am) - Majesco’s official website has revealed the development of a new game for the Nintendo DS by the name of Moonlight Fables.

Developed by Cyber Philharmonic, Moonlight Fables will utilize the many features of the Nintendo DS, including the touch screen input, wireless network play, and, of course, both Nintendo DS screens.

Moonlight Fables stars Trista Silver, a 19 year old girl who’s a graduate of the Officer School for International Strike Force.

The game’s story starts off like this…
Under a full moon in the year 2106, at a hover-theater showing of “Night of the Werewolf,” Trista feels a strange sensation… her senses strengthen and she feels a great surge of energy flowing through her body. Then suddenly, monsters begin to wreak havoc at the theater, killing innocents. Trista then decides to take matters into her own hands and stop these beasts.

In the game, players will explore and fight their way through a giant, contiguous world filled with horror, mystery, puzzles, and epic challenges, while utilizing the Nintendo DS’ graphical abilities. The game promises a combination of two and three dimensional art styles, with a dynamic camera that zooms in and out to highlight the action and imagery.
