Typing Of The Dead Comes to the PS2
 September 17th, 2004 (12:00am) - In a shocking move, Sega announced they’ll be bringing one of the quirkiest titles released on the DreamCast, The Typing of the Dead, to the PS2.
For those who don’t know The Typing of the Dead is a spoof on the House of the Dead series, where players shoot hordes zombies, only in this game you type words and phrases to kill the zombies, instead of shooting them. Titled The Typing of the Dead: Zombie Panic, the game includes all the modes in previous entries in the series, such as the original Arcade mode, a 2 player co-op mode (you work together to type the same word), and an attack mode where you go up against bosses and other creatures, among other modes. Sega will bundle a keyboard with the game in Japan, but it will also support any PS2 compatable keyboard, since it will also be available without one. The game is expected out this winter in Japan.
