Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory Delayed
September 20th, 2004 (12:00am) - Ubit Soft announced today that the X-Box and PC versions of Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory has been delayed until March 2005.
This means that these versions will launch simultaniously with the PS2 and GameCube versions. Ubi Soft says it will allow "players on Xbox, PlayStation 2, GameCube, and PC to discover [the game] at the same time." Ubi Soft gives no reason for the delay, but says that the additional time will ensure the "quality will be over the top as a result of the additional development time."
