Spider-Man 2 Launching with the Nintendo DS
 September 22nd, 2004 (12:00am) - For quite some time it has been known that Activision would be bringing Spider-Man 2 to the Nintendo DS and today it has been confirmed. While no price has been revealed, Spider-Man 2, developed by Vicarious Visions, will be launching with the Nintendo DS platform on November 21st.
"We are excited about the Nintendo DS and are working closely with Nintendo to bring the Spider-Man 2 video game to this innovative new platform," said Kathy Vrabeck, president of Activision Publishing. "The nature of the dual-screen technology allows us to deliver more interactive and intuitive gameplay experiences on the hand-held than ever before." Vicarious Visions is responsible for the warmly received pocket versions of Spider-Man 2 on both Game Boy Advance and N-Gage platforms.
