October 5^th, 2004 (12:00am) - Apex Designs has announced that the action game Payback has gone gold for the Game Boy Advance. This beautifully rendered 3D action game, similar to Rockstar’s popular Grand Theft Auto, will see a release on November 19th in Europe and a October 25th release in North America. The North American version of the game is rated "M" for Mature.

For those wanting to pre-order the game directly from Apex Designs to insure themselves a copy, they may do so by sending a blank e-mail to payback-gba-preorder@apex-designs.net. While, this doesn’t commit readers to buying the game from Apex Desings, what it will do is allow Apex Designs to contact those who "pre-ordered" the game in advance to earn priority in order to receive the game directly and as soon as possible.
