Pokémon Dash Launching with Nintendo DS In Japan; Screenshots Included
October 7th, 2004 (12:00am) - In Japan, a new Pokemon game will launch with the Nintendo DS, a game by the name of Pokémon Dash.
Pokémon Dash is a action/racing game that takes place on Pokémon Island. The game will utilize both Nintendo DS screens with the stylus used to make Pikachu dash through the race courses. Pokémon Dash will, of course, feature some multi-player modes as well. However, details on these modes arent clear at the moment, other than the fact that it will allow for six players to compete simultaneously. Also, if you believe that connectivity was dead and buried, Nintendo has brought it back to life in a way. How you ask? Well, when inserting the Pokémon Emerald GBA cartridge into Pokémon Dash, a new Pikachu map will be unlocked. Pi ... Pi... Pikachu!
