October 16^th, 2004 (12:59am) - Yesterday, Capcom’s Clover Studio revealed the first details on the much anticipated Viewtiful Joe for the Nintendo DS.

Not much was revealed, except that the gameplay will be "rather simple, without betraying the original spirit and fun of the original game". Also it has been revealed that the game will employ the touchscreen and would, in fact, not be set in movie land.

Clover Studios went further by saying the game would introduce a new character who would be heavilly involved with the storyline, to the point of of being integral to the plot.
