Rogue Agent Goes Gold
November 12th, 2004 (12:19am) - Electronic Arts has announced that the highly anticipated GoldenEye: Rogue Agent has gone gold for the PlayStation 2, Xbox, and GameCube.
In an odd twist, GoldenEye: Rogue Agent puts players in the shoes of a double-0 agent gone sour. Now, as a villain, players will perform dastardly deeds that are guaranteed to provide an excellent sense of satisfaction. It’s always fun being evil, and Rogue Agent capitalizes on that thought. Unlike James Bond 007: Everything or Nothing, Rogue Agent returns to the first person perspective and is shaping up to be the best James Bond game (spin-off or not) to date, justifying its GoldenEye namesake. Featuring fleshed out single player and online multiplayer modes (except on the GameCube), GoldenEye: Rogue Agent will ship on Nov. 22nd at a suggested retail price of $49.99.
