Intec Introduces PSP Accessories
November 30th, 2004 (11:14am) - Intec, Inc., has announced that it will be introducing a full line-up of accessories for the soon-to-be-released Sony PSP. The line-up, which is set to begin shipping in North America in conjunction with the U.S. launch of the Sony PSP (expected release date: March 2005), will offer a full complement of products for what will be next year’s hottest handheld system, including items such as an aluminum protective case, docking station, power adaptors for home and travel, and a variety of starter kits.
In order to power up the PSP while at home and/or on the road, Intec will offer gamers two power solutions, including an AC Adaptor (G6716) for home use and a DC Car Power Adaptor (G6715), which plugs directly into a vehicle’s existing power outlet. Next, gamers will have great options to protect their valuable new handheld system with a Premium Leather Carrying Case (G6705) as well as Intec’s flagship Aluminum Case, which will come in three versions - a larger version with room for accessories (G6783), a smaller version (G6760), and a thin, low-profile version that fits the unit like a glove (G6762). And, for a great way to showcase the PSP, Intec will offer a Docking Station (G6710) that, together with the AC Adaptor, works as a powering center while keeping the unit secure on the user’s desk or night stand. Gamers will also be able to take a few extra game discs on the go with a variety of protective Game Cases (G6730) specifically designed for SonyR’s new UMDR format discs. And, in order to protect the PSP’s high-end screen, Intec’s Screen Lens (G6709) is a perfect choice for shielding the screen from scratches and dust. Lastly, for hardcore gamers that look for all-in-one accessory solutions, Intec will offer its popular Starter Kit (G6780) for PSP. The kit will include Earphones (G6706) - also available separately, a protective Screen Lens, and a DC Car Power Adaptor. And, for those gamers looking for a larger starter kit with more variety, Intec will offer its popular Pro Gamer’s Kit (G6785) for PSP, which includes a protective Screen Lens, DC Car Power Adaptor, Gamer’s Neck Strap, Game Case, Docking Station, and Earphones. Intec’s PSP line-up of products will range in price from $6.99 to $39.99USD and will be available at all major retailers throughout North America and Europe.
