December 3^rd, 2004 (1:10pm) - The newest Media Create charts are in and topping the software sales chart for the week is Dragon Quest VIII. At just two details of retail, Dragon Quest VIII for the PlayStation 2 sold through 2 million units in Japan, becoming another one of Square Enix’s fastest selling games. In anticipation of this sales storm, the Japanese game giant had initially shipped 3 million units of the game.
