December 17th, 2004 (9:12pm) - The latest Media Create weekly sales charts show us that Square Enix’s Dragon Quest VIII continues to be the nation’s most popular game title. Making their debut this week are a number of PSP games including Everybody’s Golf and Ridge Racers

The PlayStation Portable has finally made its debut in the land of the rising sun and it has met a very successful one that saw lines outside of Japanese electronics stores reach incredible lengths, comprised of thousands of consumers. Although, despite the PSP’s debut, the Nintendo DS still managed to sell the most pieces of hardware across any platform with 198,892 units sold.
