EA Completes Purchase of Ubisoft Shares
 February 3rd, 2005 (6:42pm) - Today, Electronic Arts completed its previously announced purchase of Ubisoft shares. EA is now the official owner of 3,497,049 shares of Ubisoft, which it purchased from Talpa Beheer B.V. for a price of 19.69 Euros per share.
