DC Studios sings with Konami to develop unnamed title
February 18th, 2005 (10:25am) - Game developer DC Studios today announced a major multi-format development agreement between DC Studios and the European arm of games publisher Konami. Following on from the success of the Tour de France Centenary Edition title for the Sony PlayStation 2, Konami has contracted DC Studios to produce a major multi-platform game for release in Q4 2005. The game, on PS2, PC and GBA, will be developed in DC Studios Montreal studio using the companys state of the art gaming toolkits which cover all major gaming platforms. "We are very happy to once again be working with one of the most respected publishers in the world on a major project. It will be great to work once again with Tony and his team. I am sure that this game will be a great success for all of us" Said Mark Greenshields, CEO of DC Studios. Tony Bickley, the European Development Manager of Konami, Europe, said, "DC Studios have proven themselves in the past to be very reliable, delivering for us Quality product to budget and on time.
