February 23^rd, 2005 (12:53am) - Combining his expertise in programming and mixing hit records with the highest production values, Tom Salta has written the modern, industrial-fused orchestral soundtrack for Cold Fear, the new action-horror title from Ubisoft. Developed by Darkworks Studio, the game will launch simultaneously for the PlayStation 2 and the Xbox. Cold Fear is scheduled to release in March 2005.

Tom Salta has toured with and worked on numerous platinum-selling releases by a diverse array of artists such as Peter Gabriel, Junior Vasquez, Everything But The Girl, Mary J. In Cold Fear, players step into the role of Tom Hansen, a U.S. Coast Guard who is sent to board a drifting Russian whaling ship in the middle of a howling storm on the Bering Sea. He arrives only to discover that terrifying surprises await him on the bloodstained decks of the constantly rocking, shifting vessel. Set in a volatile, dynamic environment, players will find themselves overwhelmed by fear as they engage in intense combat with intelligent enemies.
