Worms Forts: Under Siege now available
 March 16th, 2005 (2:58pm) - Along with Super Monkey Ball Deluxe, Sega has announced that Worms Forts: Under Siege has also shipped for the Xbox and PS2. This new installment ratchets the strategy of the series’ game play up a notch, allowing players to build huge fortifications and defend against opponent attacks.
Sega has partnered with Team17 – the developers of Worms 3D – to take this well-respected series to the next level. Worms Forts: Under Siege allows players to join Egyptian tribes, participate in Greco-Roman sieges, battle with Japanese Samurai, and fight alongside King Arthur’ Medieval Knights. "Worms Forts: Under Siege offers a fresh take on the classic Worms gameplay," said Mark Polcyn, Product Manager, SEGA of America, Inc. "The ability to build and protect bases adds depth to the game, and the play mechanics are very easy for newcomers to grasp." Worms Forts: Under Siege is rated ’T’ for ‘Teen’ and is available at retailers nationwide for an MSRP of $19.95.
