March 16^th, 2005 (3:09pm) - Third party game accessories manufacturer Mad Catz has announced that it has signed a license agreement with Major League Baseball Properties to manufacture MLB team controllers for the PS2 and the Xbox. This deal is similar to the licensing agreements Mad Catz signed with the NFL and NBA. There will be an individual design for each of the 30 Major League Baseball teams.

Mad Catz’ MLB controllers are expected to be available this summer at a suggested retail price of $29.99.
