Forza Motorsport Goes Gold
April 14th, 2005 (2:05pm) - Today it was announced by Microsoft Game Studios that the highly-anticipated, ultra-realistic driving simulator, Forza Motorsport, has gone gold. May 3rd, 2005 will be the day that the game will be out in retailers across the nation for the retail price of $49.99 (U.S.).
Forza Motorsport, which was made exclusively for the Microsoft Xbox, will allow gamers to own, collect, and transform their own personalized fleet of cars from more than 230 cars made by over 60 of the worlds top car manufacturers. Forza Motorsport will feature online capabilities that are certain to take the Xbox Live experience to a whole new level. The features include online car clubs that can hold up to 100 different gamertags. The car clubs will allow gamers to trade creations with car enthusiasts from all over the world. Other features include the ability to download ghosts, race replays, and car setups and more than 1,400 different online leaderboards for competition of every category.
