2K Games to Debut Snow at E3 for the PC and Xbox
May 12th, 2005 (9:32am) - 2K Games revealed earlier today that they will be debuting Snow for the PC and Xbox at this years E3 expo.
Snow is a gritty real-time strategy game that challenges players to become the ultimate ruler of a drug empire. Set in the 1970s and 80s during the heyday of drug lords, players in Snow must recruit characters for smuggling missions, bribery, protection, and the like, while fending off attacks from rival gangs and avoid running afoul of the authorities. "With Snow, the team at Frog City has created a compelling fictional world of underground characters that translates perfectly into a real-time strategy game," said Christoph Hartmann, Senior Vice President of Publishing for 2K Games. "Snows gritty story follows the tradition of classic movie and television crime dramas and requires players to oversee every aspect of the criminal organization, all of which require calculated thinking in order to make your business prosper while at the same time keeping it safe from other rival kingpins. This will surely make for an intense, paranoid and most importantly, strategic gaming experience." Snow will on display at 2K Games booth at this years E3 expo and is expected to be fully unveiled at the show. Reported by Elias Dounis on May 12th, 2005 (9:32am) [From: 2K Games]
