May 18^th, 2005 (12:12pm) - After months of patient waiting, the attendees of E3 2005 might have to wait slightly longer to view the floor, because the power grid for the L.A. Convention Center is malfunctioning.

The center hasn’t lost all power, as some areas are still supplied with electricity. The areas affected include the West hall and the media lounge. Bringing the grid back to full capacity could take as long as six hours.
