Saunders Enters into Gaming Market

May 18th, 2005 (8:17pm) - Saunders will explode into the gaming market later this month when the company unveils its new line of protective hardcase and accessories packages for the gaming world’s hottest new device.

The company, which has built a strong reputation for manufacturing high quality aluminum, leather and more recently silicone cases for hand-held electronics including PDA’s and MP3 players under its RhinoSkin line, announced today that it will begin bundling cases and accessories for the Sony PlayStation Portable later this year.

The bundles will include top quality cases that will protect the Sony PSP from drops and dings, packaged with RhinoSkin accessories that will enhance the user’s experience including screen protectors, car chargers, USB cables, and more. As it does with its other cases, RhinoSkin will include a complimentary StuffBak label with all of the Sony PSP case bundles, which provides loss-protection and recovery service if the portable device is lost or stolen, and feature a LIFETIME Guarantee.

Saunders’ venture into the gaming market will kick off with the company’s presence at the E3 Expo to be held in Los Angeles from May 18-20. The world’s leading trade event exclusively dedicated to showcasing interactive entertainment and educational software and related products, the expo will mark the start of an exciting new direction for Saunders.

"We have a long history of protecting hand-held electronics. Now we are ready to take on the gaming market and there is no stronger product to support than the Sony PSP, which has taken the gaming world by storm," said Aris Mitropoulos, RhinoSkin marketing manager. "These new cases for the Sony PSP will be an inexpensive yet superior way to protect a valuable investment."
